"I loved it! I was able to communicate intimately with my partner without even realising. Silence was in fact gold! The one way communication encouraged respectful and active listening. Being silent was hard but it was great!

In our usual dynamic I am very quick to get defensive and provide a quick answer, so it was a challenge to just hear my partner out.
